Confirmation
Once you have placed your order, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to arrange a time that's convenient to carry out the survey. We take payment on the day, either cash, cheque or bank transfer. We do not ask for payment upfront.
We aim to carry out the survey within 3 working days. If required, a confirmation certificate can be sent to yourself or your agent to allow marketing to commence.
When completed the EPC and plans will be emailed to you and if applicable also your Estate/Letting Agent. The email contains a link to download the EPC directly from the Governments Central EPC Register, ensuring authenticity.
